Storm (born Ororo Munroe) is a mutant with the ability to control the weather. She is a member of the X-Men.
When she is not fighting to protect a world that hates and fears mutantkind, Ororo serves as part of the teaching staff at the Xavier Institute for Higher Learning. Originally their World History teacher, she becomes Headmistress after the first death of Charles Xavier.
She co-leads the team with Wolverine after Cyclops' death in X3: The Last Stand.

This Storm is from the original movies' timeline, before Logan's reset. Her past was never touched upon, but the movies imply that she has seen more that fuels determination, anger, and faith in her and her team's own abilities in the face of insurmountable odds.
Storm is part of the surviving X-Men team that face the Sentinels that hunt mutants and humans alike in the future portrayed in Days of Future Past. She is killed in the final attack defending Professor X and Wolverine by a spear through the gut.
